At Green Care Farms, we value everything living.

 

People living with dementia deserve access to the great outdoors in a safe and supportive environment. Our programs help members stay active, contribute meaningfully, and experience a sense of purpose and belonging through outdoor dementia support and care farming.

Located on Andrews Farm in Milton, Ontario, a beautiful 165-acre operational farm. Green Care Farms offers specialized outdoor programming boasting a private Sensory Garden in a farm setting.
